How To Request Deletion
Send an email from the same email address you use for Ember to yaaworkp@gmail.com.
Use this subject line:
In the message, include:
- The email address connected to your Ember account.
- A short sentence saying you want the account deleted.

What Will Be Deleted
Deletion may include:
- Your Ember account profile.
- Your saved cloud progress.
- Quest completions and notes.
- Reflections stored in your account.
- Guild membership and account-linked guild activity where possible.
- Notification preferences and push tokens.
What May Be Kept
We may keep limited information if required for legal, security, billing, abuse prevention, or operational reasons. If paid features are added later, purchase records may also be kept by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment provider according to their policies.
Local Data On Your Device
Deleting your cloud account does not always remove data stored locally on a device. To clear local data, delete the Ember app from your device after your deletion request is complete.
Timing
We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable time. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion.
